Who had designed MP3?
MP3 was designed by the Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG), and it was made a part of the MPEG 1 and the MPEG 2 standards along with the audio.
It was even used in the MPEG 1 audio, which included audio layers to it, and mostly there were 3 layers with one file.
This was a thing that was approved as a committee draft for the ISO or the IEC standard in the year 1991.
This was finalized in the year 1992, and then it was later released as ISO/IEC in the year 1993.
